Blue Hour presents the Vapor Fireplace as a decorative water-vapor fireplace insert. Images, descriptions, and selection prices help explain the product category and configuration. A final accepted order controls the supplier configuration, product details, and commercial terms for that order.
Orders and pricing
Placing an item in a cart or submitting an inquiry does not create an accepted order. Blue Hour may need to verify the selected configuration, destination, and commercial details before acceptance. An obvious pricing or description error may be corrected before acceptance.
Installation and use
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site and installer are appropriate for the accepted product configuration. Follow the documentation supplied with the accepted configuration. Do not use the product as a room-heating appliance unless the accepted configuration documentation expressly states otherwise.
Returns, support, and liability
Returns and support are handled under the accepted order terms and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Hour is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
