How refunds are evaluated
Refund requests are evaluated after the product, order terms, and return authorization are reviewed. Blue Hour does not promise a refund amount, timing, or method until those facts are confirmed for the order.
Unauthorized returns
Do not send products to a supplier, warehouse, or freight carrier without written authorization. An unauthorized shipment may not be identified or accepted.
